Discription:

Scope of application:
1. Packaging bags: Plastic bags,Cartons,Paper bags,labels,papers etc;
2. Cards: IC cards,IP cards etc.

Application:

600mm wider structure and suitable for very big product. Such as rice bag and dairy plastics bags.

Schneider inverter and ZIK motor use on feeder to make sure the stability of machine.

Used for automatically seperation of stacked packaging bags of cards and conveyors them onto the conveyor belt piece by piece so as to facilitate inkjet coding and thus reduce manual paging and make full use of the advantage of high speed coding  and improve printing efficiency.

Maintenance:
1)Inspection on the easier loose ,lubricate and conveyor part
2)Pay attention on the running situation,obverse the reduction
motor, add lubricant and change the dumb shaft on time
3)Add suitable lubricate on drive parts (every 1 month)
4)Add suitable lubricate on each shaft and roller part(every
1 month)to avoid rust.
